No Show & Same Day Cancellation Policy

We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. However, we do ask that you give us fair warning. You will be notified the day before to confirm your appointment. As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is company policy for all clients to give 24 hours notice of cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge of your scheduled treatment.

We reserve the right to charge your credit card if the appointment is cancelled, no show or rescheduled in less than the notice required by this Cancellation Policy.

Gift Certificate Policy
The full value of your gift certificate will be honored 90 days after the expiration date. There is a predetermined loss of value past the 90 day expiration period. Please call The Red Bloom Wellness Spa Director to discuss your redeemable amount at (301) 907-9001.
